Tim Sturk is the Director of Coffee Operations of Servest FoodCo. FoodCo is the catering division of Servest and heads up the Food Service brands of Angel Hill Foods, Catering Academy and Ground House Coffee. Tim has played a significant role in the development and launch of the Specialty Coffee Association’s new Global Coffee Skills Program, specifically heading up the Brewing Module. Tim is an Authorised SCA Trainer and member of the SCA Education Advisory Council. Tim is passionate about people, education and coffee; he teaches and speaks on behalf of coffee both nationally and internationally.
